An order of a court or other body having judicialauthority prohibiting the person or entity to which the order is directed fromundertaking or continuing a particular activity or course of conduct. Such anorder may be issued upon a showing, to a degree of certainty or probability,that the conduct is unlawful or likely to be found unlawful.
